The Australian Pakistani National Association (APNA) is honoured to welcome Madonna Jarrett MP, Federal Member for Brisbane, as a Special Guest at the 10th Annual APNA Rehmatun-Lil-Alameen Interfaith Conference 2026.

Madonna brings valuable experience in health, public policy, women’s economic development and youth progress. Her community service includes supporting people at risk of homelessness and advocating for safe housing, inclusion and stronger, more connected communities.

Her parliamentary service includes membership of committees covering economics, foreign affairs, defence, trade, corporations and financial services.

The Australian Pakistani National Association (APNA) proudly congratulates Dr Shabbir Ahmad on the publication of his insightful article, “A Pathway for Pakistan’s Agribusiness Transformation,” in The Express Tribune.

Dr Shabbir Ahmad, a Senior Economist at The University of Queensland, continues to make a valuable contribution through his research and expertise in agricultural development, investment, sustainability and economic transformation.

His latest article presents an important vision for transforming Pakistan’s agriculture through competitive and climate-resilient value chains, private investment, modern technology and stronger opportunities for farmers and agribusinesses.

The Australian Pakistani National Association (APNA) and Goodwill Interfaith Committee Logan are honoured to welcome Dr Aus Hmud as a Muslim representative and panellist at the 10th Annual APNA Rehmatun-Lil-Alameen Interfaith Conference 2026. 🤝🕊️

Dr Aus Hmud is a dentist and State Clinical Leader with Pacific Smiles Group. Alongside his professional work, he actively supports Islamic education, youth religious learning and community development within the Shia Muslim community.

The Australian Pakistani National Association (APNA) is honoured to welcome Mr Gurjeet Bains as a Faith Speaker representing the Sikh community at the 10th Annual APNA Rehmatun-Lil-Alameen Interfaith Conference 2026. 🙏🤝

Mr Gurjeet Bains is a respected Sikh community leader, mentor and long-term supporter of the conference. A long-time Banyo resident and an integral member of the Banyo District Community Group, he has supported this interfaith journey continuously for the past seven years.
