Here is our Term 3 timetable of activities, running from the 13th July- 18th September.

Our new activity this term is the Community Choir, hosted in partnership with Brisbane Festival and Cheep Trills! There will be 6 workshops starting from the 29th July.

All activities are free or low cost, and located at the HUB at 79 Poinsettia St, Inala 4077.

The easement between Kulgan Cct. and Poinsettia St. has been used for years by people to access Richlands East State School, HUB Neighbourhood Centre Inala, IYS - Inspire Youth & Family Services, Inala Wangarra Inc., Inala Flexible School or who just need to get to the bus stop. Sadly, the State Government have fenced it off - a decision that is impacting so many in our community. I am fighting to get this reopened for our local residents. If this closed access is impacting you directly, please reach out to my office.

Need help lodging your tax return?

The HUB is hosting free Tax Help appointments from July- October. Our ATO-trained volunteer can support eligible community members earning $70,000 or less each year.

Our volunteer can help you:

• lodge your tax return
• claim a refund of franking credits
• lodge an amendment or non-lodgment advice
• get set up on myGov and link to the ATO.

Sessions are free, confidential, and available right here in the community.

Appointments at the HUB are available:
• Tuesdays, 4-6pm (fortnightly)
• Fridays, 9-1pm
