Week 2 of Queensland Manufacturing Month was a huge success!

This week, we hosted another 21 Inside Advanced Manufacturing tours across Brisbane, Townsville, Gladstone, Warwick, Bundaberg, the Sunshine Coast and Ipswich, giving participants a behind-the-scenes look at Queensland's advanced manufacturing sector, and inspiring interest in future career opportunities.

We also brought industry together at a networking event in Townsville, creating valuable opportunities to connect, collaborate and celebrate the region's manufacturing strengths.

But we're only halfway through the month. There are still plenty of opportunities to get involved, connect with industry, and celebrate Queensland's world-class manufacturing sector throughout September.

Queensland Manufacturing Month is off to a huge start!

This week we hosted 21 Inside Advanced Manufacturing tours, providing a behind-the-scenes look at the sector and sparking interest in future careers.

We also welcomed more than 60 attendees to the Women in Manufacturing Breakfast in Cairns to hear inspiring career stories, insights from women in the industry, and opportunities for future growth.

And this is just the beginning. There are still plenty of opportunities to get involved throughout September!
