Our CEO Sessions series continued today with a group of Year 10 and Year 12 students participating in an engaging Q&A session with Ryan Marschke, CEO of Mersa.
Ryan shared valuable insights into leadership, careers, and personal growth, encouraging students to take advantage of the opportunities that come with being young.
Some key takeaways included:
✅Time is on your side – be prepared to go for your "blue sky" opportunities.
✅ Whatever path you choose, work hard and the results will follow.
✅Put yourself into the interview. Skills can be taught, but employers want to know who you are, what you value, and how you will contribute to their team and culture.
