Tournament of Minds State finalists and winners!

We brought our absolute best to the Tournament of Minds State Finals, and it paid off—with one of our teams taking home 1st place in the Language Literature section. Next stop: the International Finals in Darwin 🏆✨

​A massive shout out to all of our students who competed in Brisbane over the weekend. Not only did they put their brilliant minds together to develop creative solutions, but they did it with teamwork and sportsmanship.

Congratulations also to students and staff from one of our primary feeder schools St Mary's Catholic School, Bowen. You did a brilliant job and should be very proud!

A special thank you goes to the hard working efforts of Mr Davies and Miss McIlroy for supervising our students and also facilitated sessions at the finals. A massvie committment for all involved.

R U OK? DAY Create a 🍪 activity and footy toss.

Our students and staff had a great start to Thursday with an activity organised and lead by Year 8 students. It was wonderful to see students smiling and interacting with each other.

9 Weeks of Strong Mindera and Meekana Program!

We are so proud of our Year 9 First Nations students who have participated in the Strong Mindera and Mekana program facilitated by the Mackay ATSICHS Youth Team.

It was a delightful 9 weeks. Thank you to the students for your participation, enthusiasm, and commitment.
