You can't always tell if someone has an STI and sometimes, you can't even tell if you have one.

Some STIs can have few or no symptoms, so feeling completely fine doesn't necessarily mean you're in the clear. The best way to know? Get tested.

Regular sexual health checks are an important part of looking after yourself and your partners.

No shame. No judgement. Just good sexual health.

Condoms, internal condoms and dams can all help protect against STIs. Regular testing can help you stay informed and look after your health and your partners.
