Our Stroke Mastery Swim Clinic starts NEXT WEEK!!

This clinic is perfect for capable swimmers wanting to improve their technique, efficiency and endurance in the water.

If you regularly swim laps and would like expert feedback on your stroke, this clinic is a great opportunity to fine-tune your technique and get more from your time in the pool.

Bringing with it more classes, fresh challenges and a whole lot of reasons to show up for yourself. 🙌

We're excited to welcome several new instructors to the Knox Leisureworks team, along with some exciting additions to the timetable:

🥊 BODYCOMBAT™
Martial arts meets unstoppable energy. Punch, kick and sweat your way through this high-energy workout set to epic music. No contact, just a seriously fun workout that leaves you feeling strong, empowered and energised.

💪 BODYPUMP HEAVY™
A new approach to group strength training, featuring slower movements, heavier loads and longer recovery periods. Build strength, develop lean muscle and focus on technique in a supportive, motivating environment.

💃 ZUMBA®
Part workout, part dance party!! Set to upbeat global rhythms, Zumba combines easy-to-follow moves with cardio that'll leave you smiling long after the class is finished.

Created as a dedicated space for our Yoga, Pilates, Sound Meditation and Wellness classes, this beautiful, warm and inviting studio has been designed to help you slow down, switch off from the hustle and bustle, and focus on your wellbeing. 🥰
