Did we mention the tax lodgement discrepancies debt?
"CMPL has now issued a demand for payment pursuant to the indemnity for payment by ADG in the amount of $1,275,911 (which is the amount of the ATO Liability plus accrued interest) (Second Demand).
As at the date of this ASX Announcement, the ATO Liability referenced in the First Demand remains unpaid.
GDM has reserved its rights if this amount is not paid by ADG within the timeframe required."

They finally released some drill results, not great. They mentioned they will be here for a few more weeks, winter elsewhere then back after that.
Share price plunged from .6 cent to half a cent per share. Shareholders ecstatic! Lol, only joking.

Well they seem to have stopped drilling. There is only water hoses and water tanks left. And this. It appears they have dumped their drill hole filling cement waste in a hole in the ground.

Mining threat to the Wombat Forest
Wombat Forestcare is alarmed that exploration drilling for gold is being carried out in the beautiful forest along Yankee Road in the Wombat State Forest, south east of Trentham.
This is not part of the newly legislated Wombat-Lerderderg National Park and remains a section of the Wombat State Forest where mining is a permitted activity. Wombat Forestcare wants the State Government to hurry up and create the Regional Parks and other bushland and flora conservation reserves that were promised in June 2021.
