This week, Elvis the alpaca and his girls, Harriette and Eli, got the party started with their regular haircut and style.

Gary from Alpaca Shearing Service was onsite to ensure our alpacas received a calm, caring and stress-free experience

We think the results are a shear delight!

Since moving to Biloela, she has embraced country life with gardening, chickens, a cat and plenty of reading — with 455 books currently on her TBR pile!

Earlier in the term, our Interact Club hosted BSHS staff for a fun-filled afternoon of Bogan Bingo! 🇦🇺
The afternoon was complete with all the classic Aussie favourites — Chiko Rolls, fairy bread, snag rolls and plenty of other iconic snacks! 🌭🍞

There was bingo, plenty of laughs and a great afternoon of fun and connection with our amazing staff 💙

Meet Kath Zischke, our Head of Department – Humanities, The Arts and VET (Vocational Education and Training)

Having spent her entire teaching career in Biloela, Kath has built strong connections with generations of local families. She loves seeing each new group of students come through our school and enjoys building rapport by recognising family connections and getting to know students beyond the classroom.
