With the Berry Gardens Festival now just a month away, the 2026 program has been released. It’s time to start planning for four days of gardens, workshops and inspiration from Thursday 15 to Sunday 18 October.

This year, visitors can explore six beautiful private gardens across Berry and surrounds, with a seventh garden opening exclusively on Sunday. From established country gardens and cottage-style plantings to expansive rural properties, each stop offers something different to discover.

The program also includes a fantastic line-up of workshops and talks, all included in the ticket price, covering plant propagation, garden structures, floral arranging, backyard mushrooms, dahlias and bird-friendly gardening.

The gardens are open 10am – 4pm daily. Tickets are $25 for access to all gardens, valid across the four days, or $8 for a single garden, with children under 18 free. Tickets can be purchased online, at participating gardens, or from the Broughton Court stall during the Festival.

Proceeds from the Festival support local charities and community projects.

You'll want to save this one for your next stay in Berry. Jasper Valley House is a beautifully restored 1938 farm stay with sweeping countryside views, plenty of space and the kind of setting that makes it easy to completely unwind.

Sleeping up to eight guests across four bedrooms and three bathrooms, it’s a great option for girls’ getaways, weekends with friends, family catch-ups or a few relaxed days in the country. With Berry just an eight-minute drive away, it’s close enough for long lunches, shopping and a wander through town, but far enough away to feel like your own private country escape.

The house blends Colonial Edwardian character with plenty of modern luxuries. Cooler days call for the slow combustion fireplace and impressive outdoor fire pit, while warmer weather is made for the swimming pool, wrap-around verandah and outdoor entertaining areas. There are also established gardens, a vineyard and a games room with table tennis – so there’s plenty to do, or absolutely nothing at all.

Jasper Valley House is available to book through local accommodation specialists Holiday Rental Specialists
