Campaspe Prevention & Population Health (formerly Campaspe PCP) provides leadership and supports its member organisations to build healthier communities through partnership, collaboration and integration. Under the auspices of Bendigo Health's Loddon Mallee Public Health Unit, and the Loddon Mallee Public Health Network, Campaspe PPH works co-operatively with the community and member organisations

to focus on the priority health needs of the Campaspe catchment. We have a shared commitment to addressing health inequities. Key priorities include:-

* the maintenance and development of collaborative planning processes

* the integration of health promotion, service and prevention activities

* the maintenance and development of community participation and involvement

* ongoing improvement of the consumer journey

* the facilitation and guidance of change management
