Instead of trying to force the conversation or fix whatever they're going through, stay close, stay patient, and let them know the door's still open.

Coffee with the Boss event to match job seekers and employers ☕🤝

Job seekers and employers will have the chance to connect in a relaxed, face-to-face setting at the upcoming Coffee with the Boss event on Tuesday July 7.

The free event will take place from 3pm to 5pm at the 1887 Café, located at Bendigo TAFE at 132-160 McCrae Street.

Coffee with the Boss creates a relaxed environment where people can connect with potential employers and feel more confident talking about their goals, skills, experience and what they hope to achieve in their working lives.

This is an ideal opportunity for people looking for work, entering, or returning to the workforce, exploring career pathways, or considering their next career move.

The employers participating in Coffee with the Boss are from a variety of sectors including administration, hospitality, automotive, health care and social assistance.

New Doctors Arriving in Eaglehawk This July
Exciting news for our community — new doctors will be joining Eaglehawk in early to mid‑July, and they’ll be accepting new patients.

They’ll be located at 87 Victoria Street, right next door to our pharmacy, making it easier than ever for locals to access quality healthcare and convenient support in one place.

We can’t wait to welcome them to the neighbourhood and support their work as they settle in.
