It's the little things that can make a big difference.

Glen Park recently provided a workshop for Indie School, where each participant received a small goodie bag filled with practical essentials and thoughtful items to support them on their employment journey.

Inside were a notebook, pen, and sticky notes to help them stay organised, along with sensory support items, motivational stickers, and reminder cards celebrating their progress and achievements.

At Glen Park Community Centre, we strongly believe building confidence isn't just about learning new skills - it's about ensuring people feel supported, encouraged and recognised every step of the way.

What a great morning of bike riding, connection, and community! 🚴😃
As part of Men's Health Week, Glen Park's "Lads in Lycra" bike ride & free social BBQ event brought local men together to get active, enjoy the outdoors, and connect with other in a supportive environment.

A big thank you to Bunnings Warehouse Australia Bayswater and Croydon Men's Shed for assisting with the BBQ and promoting social inclusion.

This event formed part of the Maroondah Men's Wellbeing Partnership Project in partnership with Maroondah City Council. The project aims to recognise International Men's Health Week in support of the physical, mental, emotional and social wellbeing of men in the community.
