π MAY RECAP: A HUGE MONTH IN BALRANALD! π
Wow, May absolutely flew by! We packed so much into the last few weeks, and we are incredibly proud of our team.
Here is what went down:
π€ Joint Training- A massive shoutout to the local Ambulance NSW crew! They joined us to teach new skills and provide refreshers to our recruits and firefighters.
π‘ Out & About- Completed essential Home Fire Safety Checks. Visited fantastic local community events. Participated in the amazing Girls on Fire program, interacting with the next generation of emergency services personnel!
π© Station Life- Of course, we kept the energy up by eating way too many sweets.
π¨ Answering the Call- Amidst all the action, our crew responded to multiple emergency calls within the Balranald community to keep everyone safe.
π Bittersweet Goodbyes- We officially said a huge thank you and goodbye to Ben, Lachlan, and Geoff. Thank you for your incredible dedication and help over the past month. You will be missed!
βοΈ Welcome June! This month, we are thrilled to welcome Gary all the way from Fire and Rescue NSW Station 238 Broken Hill! Give him a big Balranald welcome if you see him around.
