🐴🚲 A beautiful spring day at Tarra Bulga Café! ☀️🌿

We had some lovely local visitors today, with our horsemen riding in for a well-earned coffee, while our bike riders stopped by to refuel and enjoy the sunshine.

There’s something pretty special about seeing the café become a meeting place for locals and visitors enjoying the beautiful Tarra-Bulga countryside — whether you arrive on two wheels or four legs! 💚

Coffee, sunshine, good company and the rainforest just beyond our doorstep… it doesn’t get much better than this. ☕️🌳

Saturday 17 October – Change to Opening Hours

Just a little heads-up for our lovely customers — due to a scheduled power outage on Saturday 17 October, Tarra Bulga Café will be opening later than usual.

☕ Café open from 12:30pm
🥐 Hot food will not be available, as the power outage means we won’t have enough preparation time.

We’ll still have great coffee, cold food and treats available, so please pop in and say hello if you’re heading through Tarra-Bulga.

We apologise for the change and appreciate your understanding. 💚

🌿 A little update from our corner of the rainforest… ☕️

The second week of the school holidays has been a very, very quiet one, no doubt thanks to all the rain we’ve had.

Today was particularly disappointing. With the weather finally warming up and the sun shining, we had hoped to see a few more visitors through our doors, but it ended up being a very quiet day in our little café.

We just wanted to gently remind everyone that small local businesses really do rely on your support. ❤️

We’ve poured so much time, love and hard work into bringing Tarra Bulga Café back to life, and it would be such a shame to see all of that hard work undone. We genuinely want to be here for the long term, but we need our local community and visitors to support us by popping in for a coffee, a bite to eat or simply a little rainforest escape.

☕️ Our kitchen renovations are still underway and are now in full swing! We’re excited about what’s happening behind the scenes and will continue to keep you updated as we work towards completion.

In the meantime, come and have a coffee with us and enjoy the beautiful Tarra Bulga surrounds. 🌿

We’re hoping to have the kitchen finished and our new menu launched by the end of October — and we can’t wait to share it with you!
