Au nom du maire et du conseil municipal du Village Bois-Joli, la population est invitée à une soirée hommage afin de souligner l’héritage exceptionnel de Monsieur Hébert D. Arseneault, ancien maire de Balmoral, homme profondément engagé envers sa communauté et grand bâtisseur dévoué au mieux-être et au développement de sa région. Par son leadership, sa générosité et son amour sincère pour les gens d’ici, il aura laissé une empreinte durable dans le cœur de nombreuses personnes.
Le Centre communautaire du secteur Balmoral portera désormais son nom, en reconnaissance de son dévouement et de l’empreinte qu’il laisse dans notre région.

Cette soirée sera l’occasion de se rassembler, de partager souvenirs et gratitude, et de rendre hommage à un bâtisseur qui aura marqué son village et le Restigouche avec fierté.

On behalf of the mayor and municipal council of Village Bois-Joli, the public is invited to an honorary evening celebrating the exceptional legacy of Mr. Hébert D. Arseneault, former mayor of Balmoral, a man deeply committed to his community and a great builder devoted to the well-being and development of the region. Through his leadership, generosity, and sincere love for the people here, he leaves a lasting mark in the hearts of many.
The Balmoral sector Community Centre will now bear his name, in recognition of his dedication and the impact he has left on our region.

This evening will be an opportunity to come together, share memories and gratitude, and pay tribute to a builder who proudly left his mark on his village and the Restigouche region.
Please note that we must respect the maximum capacity permitted inside the Community Centre. For this reason, you must obtain a free pass at the municipal building starting May 27, 2026.
