Hey guys some exciting news that we have found our selfs a new hall smack bang in the middle of Sebastopol, so new hall means a new start for the group so come check out our new page Sebastopol Scout group give it a like so you can stay up to date with the fun and exciting things were going to be getting up to.

Wow what a blast tonight was. Was amazing to see the district come together for the construction-destruction night, were we got to take part in the water bomb fight. Although our sling shot did't go to plan we had a blast and will be back next year bigger and better

Today as a group we remember all those who have served in the Armed Forces especially those from 7th Ballarat and the wider Scouting community.

Well done to the Cubs, Scouts, Venturer and Rovers who attended the Sebastopol ANZAC service. You did our group proud!

Anything Goes Venturer Gathering

Welcome to our two new leaders Liz for the Cub section and Greg for the Venturer section. Both have many years scouting experience and we look forward to them help us to continue to grow. We also have Prem going through the application process to hopefully be a leader with us soon. We still have a vacancy for the volunteer Group Leader position. Anyone willing to volunteer would not have to have children currently attending but would have to have working with childrens check and police check and also undertake training provided by Scouts Victoria. It is BYO dinner at Monday nights founders days activities at the lake. District have arranged extra BBQs for people if needed. Apologies if there was some confusion with original post.

Ballarat District Scouts will be holding a Founders Day celebration on Monday February 22.

There will be a BBQ at the large playground on the western side of Lake Wendouree. The party will begin at 6:30pm. Extra BBQ's and cover will be provided. Also coffee, tea and cordial will be available.

Please come with your family to support all our local youth members. This is a uniformed event.
