🏋️‍♀️ NEW GROUP FITNESS TIMETABLE – BACCHUS MARSH LEISURE CENTRE 🏋️‍♂️

Looking to stay active, improve your strength and mobility, or support a young person to build confidence in the gym? We have a range of programs now available at the Bacchus Marsh Leisure Centre!

Seniors Exercise Classes

✔ Improve strength, balance and mobility
✔ Friendly and supportive environment
✔ Suitable for a range of fitness levels

📅 Monday – 10:15am
📅 Monday – 11:15am
📅 Tuesday – 10:30am
📅 Thursday – 10:30am
📅 Friday – 10:30am

💲 $7.50 casual
🎟 $67.50 for a 10-pass

🎉 New participants receive their first session free!

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first class to complete registration paperwork. Medical clearances may be required where appropriate.

Teen Gym

A supervised gym session designed for young people to build strength, confidence, and connection!

📅 Monday – 3:45pm (School Terms Only) - participants can turn up 15 minutes early to get settled in

💲 FREE through VicHealth Grant

Registrations are required and places are limited - Keep an eye on this and the Moorabool Youth Services pages for more information.

📣 Important Update | Seniors Exercise Classes – Bacchus Marsh Leisure Centre

We wanted to reach out to our wonderful seniors exercise community with an update regarding our Tuesday and Thursday classes.

Following the appointment of our new instructor, our classes will be moving to a slightly later start time of 10:30am, beginning shortly. This adjustment reflects our instructor's schedule, as they finish a prior commitment at 10:00am.

We completely understand that any change to a routine can take some getting used to, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition. Your wellbeing and enjoyment of these classes remains our top priority.

We want to reassure you that this new time will be reviewed in the coming months, and your feedback is always welcome as we work to find what suits our community best.

We look forward to seeing you on the mat at 10:30am! 💪

We’re proud to support the Victorian Government’s Free Pads and Tampons in Public Places initiative at both the Bacchus Marsh Leisure Centre and MARC Stadium. 💙

The initiative aims to improve accessibility and reduce barriers for the community by providing free period products in public facilities.

We’ve already seen significant public uptake at MARC Stadium, highlighting the importance and value of accessible hygiene products within community spaces.
