Did you know that roughly 20-25% of older Australians die within 12 months of a bone break due to a fall?
Falls are the leading cause of injury-related deaths and hospitalisations in Australians aged over 65.

STRENGTH AND BALANCE is one of the key ways to reduce the risk of a fall. Come along and join in the strength and balance exercise group - everything is easier when you can have a laugh with others :)

Contact the office on 6772 7087 to have a chat about these classes and get an Intake Health Form.
Numbers in the class are limited.
We do require you to be registered with My Aged Care for Social and Community Engagement.
