Sadly, our stock of books is very low, so if anyone has any great condition fiction, we would gladly take them off your hands.

Launching our new service - let's call it our "Special Reserve" books.

Often, we receive books that are still in the bestseller lists, and are in mint condition. It's like they've been recently purchased, read only once then donated to our library. Some of them are imports, not yet widely available in Australia.

In the past, when these have been added to the street library, they have been borrowed in bulk and they rarely get returned.

So in order to allow more people to get access to these particular books, we will now add a "Special Reserve" post on this page, with photos of each of them.

Then, if you wish to borrow any of these books, just message the library or put a note in our letterbox at 20 Admiralty and we'll put them out for you to pick up.

If you have any suggestions on how we can make this even easier, please let us know!

Day two of Operation Clean Up and we now have new signage on the cupboards.

Despite my slackness lately at posting - for no reason apart from being too busy :-), the library is being restocked daily !

We could always do with fresh books, so please drop off donations anytime.
