Being on a menu could be close.
There isn't a known number of stars in the Milky Way with life, but astronomers estimate there could be billions of potentially habitable planets, with some studies suggesting that as many as 40 billion Earth-sized planets might exist in habitable zones, while others cite around 500 million habitable planets, though many of these may not actually support life. Life's existence requires more than just a planet in the habitable zone; it depends on numerous other factors like atmospheric conditions and a stable environment.
So if we assume 1% can sustain life the Maxwell Empire will eventually have planet Maxwell 400,000,000.
The obvious problem is that the Teresa Empire began 5 billion years ago and is up to planet Teresa 250,000,000 in this year 2025 so a several kilometre long robospaceship could be about to park 35,700 km above Kampala in Uganda and drop a space elevator to the surface.
The robots manning the robospaceship know that the planet beneath them has lots of life with the densest being in the cities so they are about to gather the first meal for the top life of planet Teresa which the robots began a year ago and all sixty of them are about to hatch.
The robots assume the humans do not appreciate being Teresa life dinner, or lunch or breakfast for that matter, and have secured the space elevator with several hundred robocops to neutralise all resistance on the surface.
The robospaceship has vastly superior weaponry to any possessed by Earthlings and rapidly wipes it all out.
But do not despair Alburyites, you have a few years before you are on the menu for a Teresaite.
