Today was all about celebrating the incredible humans who make our Boulevard family what it is. 💛

To our amazing team, thank you for the love, patience, laughter, cuddles, creativity and absolute dedication you bring through our doors every single day. 🥰

You create safe spaces, wipe tears, celebrate milestones, encourage independence, embrace the mess, sing the songs, answer a million questions and make sure every little person knows they are loved, valued and that they belong. 🌈✨

I am incredibly proud to lead such a passionate, caring and wonderfully crazy bunch of humans. Our Boulevard wouldn’t be the special place it is without each and every one of you.

Ever had one of those "What should I be doing with my child?" moments? You might already have the answer at home.

Earlier this year, every Goodstart family received a What & When for Families guide for each child. If it's been tucked away in a drawer since then, now might be the perfect time to pull it back out.

The guide is packed with simple, play-based activities that support your child's learning and development at home. Best of all, it's written in your child's voice, with ideas tailored to their age and developmental stage.

From singing songs with babies and playing peek-a-boo, to "I Spy" games, storytelling and treasure hunts with older children, the activities are designed to fit naturally into everyday moments you already share together.

We know learning doesn't only happen in the classroom. Those small moments at home can help build big communication, language and literacy skills.

Take another look through your What & When for Families guide to explore age-appropriate activities and learning ideas you can try together.

🌿✨ LEARNING, GROWING & REFLECTING TOGETHER ✨🌿

Our Centre Leadership Team and our 3–5 space educators recently had the opportunity to take part in this year’s Kindy Uplift professional development. 💛

This year’s learning focused on Indigenous Insights, alongside developing our understanding of how we can support children’s executive functioning and self-regulation through meaningful, responsive everyday practice.

It was a valuable opportunity for our team to reflect, share ideas and strengthen our knowledge so we can continue creating environments and experiences that support every child to feel connected, capable and confident. 🌱

We love investing in our Boulevard educators because when our team continues to learn and grow, so do the children in our care. ❤️

We had our very own Cruella De Vil surrounded by her fabulous 101 Dalmatians 🖤🤍🐾… and Mr Ethan decided to head to infinity and beyond as Buzz Lightyear! 🚀💚💜

We absolutely love seeing our team embrace the fun, bring stories to life and create a little extra magic for our Boulevard children. ✨📖

Safe to say, our team understood the assignment! 😂👏
