Active Left Active Left, a labour and community activist group started to influence policy and agenda Welcome to the Active Left.

This page is a community for union members and progressive activists to come together and share, discuss and contribute ideas. We encourage robust but respectful discussion about posts, however we review all comments and will remove any that are inappropriate, offensive or contravene any of the following community guidelines.

2. Create an independent advisory body to assist Governments to develop good policies, practices and programmes. Advise the Parliament on matters that directly affect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders.
