APS OSHC and Vacation Care Information...
Dear Families,
Vacation Care bookings are now open!
Please keep the following important information in mind when making your bookings:
• Account Balance: Families must have a $0 account balance prior to making Vacation Care bookings. Please ensure any outstanding fees are finalised before submitting your booking request.
• Cancellations: A minimum of 5 days’ notice is required for all Vacation Care cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 5 days’ notice may still be charged in accordance with our service policies.
• Safety & Wellbeing: To support the safety and wellbeing of all children, educators and the wider OSHC community, individual risk assessments and previous incidents may be considered when reviewing and managing bookings for children who have previously demonstrated behaviours that have placed their own safety or wellbeing, or that of others, at risk.
We encourage families to book early to secure their preferred days, as places are subject to availability.
