SAPPA is a recognised and respected association of primary school leaders, providing a valued and distinctive voice for South Australian government primary schools. Our purpose is to provide advocacy and support for primary school leaders and to promote and influence primary education, including the development of policies and practices within DECD. There are currently 540 members from approximate

ly 400 sites throughout South Australia. All are highly respected leaders, managers and members of their communities who value the strength, professional development and support provided by their professional body. Members share many characteristics. Typically they are good networkers, intelligent decision makers and respected sources of information.

This morning we had The Hon. Lucy Hood MP Minister for Education, Training & Skills join our Joint Associations meeting. 👏

It was a valuable opportunity for Minister Hood to discuss with the Presidents & Chief Executives of each association to discuss what education is looking like right now and what are some of our priorities of we would like to be changed in the future.

Thank you Minister Hood for joining us for our meeting this morning.
