Unlike common energy providers, we produce power solely from renewable energy sources, like the sun. We believe that renewable energy is paramount for a business' success in the future, so helping to get control of what is becoming an ever increasing cost is what we do! We analyse power consumption and design a solar generation plant to off-set up to 90% of your grid consumption. We will install t

he system, including all network permissions, metering and design, then monitor and maintain the system for life. Our "Evergreen Energy Plans" offer you an open ended "No Lock in Period" agreement at a power rate which is generally more than 50% less than your current rate. When necessary we will help you switch conventional energy providers to ensure maximum benefit from your Evergreen Energy Plan. What we "DO NOT DO" is lock you down to a binding, conditional agreement. We believe that the savings will keep you with us for many years to come. It does not matter if you are a tenant or a landlord we have an Evergreen Energy Plan to satisfy both parties. Contact us today to see how we can help your business!

There was some good news from the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) on Tuesday - it has knocked back a proposal from SA Power Networks which would have seen solar power users hit with extra charges. The draft decision confirms an initial ruling by the AER which was supported by the Federal Court after an appeal by SA Power Networks. The CEC opposed the proposal and put out a media release yesterday welcoming the AER decision, which will help to protect those with solar power in the state.

A decision by the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) will protect solar users in South Australia against discriminatory charges proposed by SA Power Networks.

Opposition Leader Bill Shorten conceded defeat in the election on the weekend, opening the door for the return of Malcolm Turnbull as Australian Prime Minister.
Much is still uncertain, however renewable energy seems immeasurably better off than it was under the Abbott Government. Labor and the Greens offered our sector higher ambitions and longer-term renewable targets in their election pitch, while the Coalition pledged no further changes to the RET and non-specific support for the industry. It is a much better position to be in, and the Opposition, the Greens and others will no doubt be agitating for the government to lift its ambition in the coming term of Parliament.

The Clean Energy Council is the peak body for the clean energy industry in Australia. We are committed to accelerating the transformation of Australia?s energy system to one that is smarter and cleaner.

In the wake of the Federal Election, Opposition Leader Bill Shorten appeared at the Royalla Solar Farm to announce the ALP will provide $300 million in targeted funding to help heavy industry transition to renewable energy.

Both the ALP and the city of Sydney have upped their renewable energy targets to 50% by 2030, with a goal of zero net emissions by 2050.

The Greens renewable energy policy is more ambitious than either of the major parties, with a headline commitment of 90 per cent renewable energy by 2030, and an additional $102.9 million Solar Communities Program.

With many of Australia’s key industries, such as mining already switching to solar, the future for renewable energy looks bright.

With only a few days until the Federal Election, the major parties have declared their renewable energy policies.
