💜 What Happens in the First 7 Days After a Referral Comes to Dara?

Choosing a provider can feel overwhelming. That's why we've created a simple onboarding process designed to make participants, families and Support Coordinators feel supported from day one.

📅 Day 1
We make contact and introduce ourselves. We take the time to understand the participant, their goals, preferences and support needs. Onboarding meeting is conducted with Brooke Our Service Delivery Coordinator and she supports you through the compliance paperwork.

📅 Days 2-3
We match the participant with support workers who align with their personality, interests and support requirements. Because support is about connection, not just filling shifts.

📅 Day 4
Your support plan is created, supports are scheduled, and introductions are organised.

📅 Days 5-7
Supports commence, relationships begin to form, and the participant starts their journey with a team that genuinely cares.

Throughout the entire process, families and Support Coordinators are kept informed every step of the way.

No chasing updates.
No wondering what's happening.
No feeling like just another number.
