Hello Neighbours, Community Members and Reading Enthusiasts

This year I’m running 12kms in the for personal growth and for a special cause.

I am running in support of .legacy

Sophie Putland was an extraordinary Vet who died by su***de on the 4th September 2021 at the age of 33.

Over the last three decades the rate of su***de in this profession has steadily increased with research confirming that veterinarians are four times more likely to die by su***de than the general population, and two times more likely than any other health professional.

To honour Sophie, her family has established Sophie’s Legacy with the goal to reduce the rate of su***de within the vet profession and improve their working conditions.

Donations are tax deductible.

I’d like to deeply thank Paul from House Clearances Adelaide for this thoughtful donation! 🙏💚

There are some epic books here like Minecraft, Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Dog Man, Goosebumps and Frankie Fish, not to mention a collection of matchbox cars and Lego figurines!! 👾🚗

There is also a Frozen suitcase, cricket bag and 21” tennis racquet.
