Has your child outgrown their uniform this year?

There's a good chance another Belair Public School family could put it straight to use.

Our secondhand uniform shop is running low on stock and we'd love donations of current uniform items in good condition. We are looking for the newer style uniforms only, including green shirts, skorts, black shorts, black long pants and black jackets.

A simple test: would you happily pass it on to a friend? If the answer is yes, we'd love to have it.

Donations can be dropped to the Uniform Shop on Friday mornings between 8:30am and 9:00am, or left at the school office at any time.

The Uniform Shop is also open every Friday morning for families to browse available items, with gold coin donations welcome.

Before you pack away those uniforms that no longer fit, consider giving them a second life in our Belair community.

The tickets sold out weeks ago.

Now comes the important question.

What are you wearing?

Our 2026 Trivia Night theme is It's Not Easy Being Green, and we're officially encouraging maximum creativity.

Whether you go all out with a coordinated team costume or just add a little green flair, we'd love to see everyone get involved.

We're hoping the best part of Trivia this year isn't just the trivia. It will be walking into a room and discovering one table has turned up as Shrek characters, another as vegetables, and someone has somehow convinced seven friends to dress as traffic lights.

There will be prizes for the best dressed, so start brainstorming now.

Tell us your ideas below. We need inspiration. 💚

Have you ever wondered what's being planned behind the scenes for our school?

From fundraising and events to school improvements and community activities, many of the things that happen at Belair Public School start with conversations at P&C meetings.

Our next meeting is next Wednesday, 10 June at 7pm, and because it's online, you can join from the couch, the kitchen table, or wherever you happen to be at 7pm.

You don't need to be on the committee.
You don't need to volunteer for everything.
You don't even need to say a word if you'd rather just listen.

It's simply a chance to hear what's happening, share your thoughts, and have a say in the things that help shape our school community.

🎉 Donate a Prize for Belair Trivia Night 🎉

We’re looking for donations for raffles, games and auctions to help raise funds for new digital screens for our classrooms.

Got a voucher, product, experience, service or hamper you could contribute? Every donation helps.

If you own a business (or know one that may like to support us), we’ll give sponsors and donors a shoutout across our social channels and event communications. Or if you’re an individual or family that just wants to help, you can donate too!

🎉 Sold Out Trivia Night needs prize donations! 🎉

Our annual Trivia Night on 12 September is one of the biggest fundraisers on the Belair Public School calendar, with all funds raised going towards new digital screens for our classrooms.

We’re now looking for prize donations to help make the night a success, and we’d love support from our amazing school community.

Do you:
🏡 Own a holiday rental?
💇 Run a business or provide a service?
🎨 Create products, artwork or handmade items?
🎟 Have access to vouchers, experiences or event tickets?
🍷 Want to contribute a hamper, product or family donation?

We’re looking for both:
✨ Larger auction items
✨ Raffle prizes

Every contribution helps, big or small. The more prizes we have, the more raffle tickets we sell, and the more we raise for our kids classroom technology!

Plus, if you are donating from your business, we will happily promote you to our school community - win/win!

👕 Uniform donations needed 👕

Our second hand clothing pool relies on donations from Belair Public School families, and we’d love a few more items to help stock the shelves.

We are currently accepting:
✔ Clean uniforms in the new style
✔ Green shirts, skorts, black shorts and other current uniform items

We can no longer accept:
✖ White shirts
✖ Grey shorts

A good rule of thumb is: if you’d happily pass it on to a friend, it’s probably in the condition we’re looking for.

The Uniform Shop is open every Friday morning before school. Families are welcome to:
• drop off donations
• browse available items
• take what they need (gold coin donations welcome)

Our friends at Active OOSH Belair are hosting a Biggest Mornibg Tea. Check out the details 👇

Good afternoon Families,

On Thursday 21st May, we will be hosting Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea and a bake sale to raise money for the Cancer Council.⭐️

Families are invited to join us during our morning and afternoon tea sessions and contribute baked goods or snack items such as cupcakes, slices, muffins or biscuits. 🧁

Please ensure all items are NUT FREE.🚫🥜

If you would like to donate baked goods, please bring them in on the morning of Thursday 21 May and hand them to an educator.🍪

Families wishing to sell baked goods are asked to RSVP so we can organise enough tables.📲

All funds raised will go directly to the Cancer Council to support cancer research, prevention programs and support services.⭐️

QR codes will also be available on the day for donations.🤳

🌸 What an amazing result from our Mother’s Day Gift Stall 🌸

Thanks to the incredible support of our Belair Public School families, we raised over $2,300 from this year’s stall.

That means we’ve now raised more than $10,000 towards our annual fundraising goal of $25,000 for new digital screens in our classrooms.

A huge thank you to everyone who purchased gifts, volunteered their time and helped make the stall such a success.

Most importantly, we hope all our Belair mums and mother figures felt very loved and appreciated this Mother’s Day!
