အာဆီယံ-ဗီယင်နာကော်မတီ (AVC) နှင့် ကုလသမဂ္ဂ မူးယစ်ဆေးဝါးနှင့် ပြစ်မှုဆိုင်ရာရုံး (UNODC) အမှုဆောင်ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးတို့အကြား တွေ့ဆုံပွဲသို့ မြန်မာအမြဲတမ်းကိုယ်စားလှယ် တက်ရောက်

အာဆီယံ-ဗီယင်နာကော်မတီမှ အမြဲတမ်းကိုယ်စားလှယ်များနှင့် ကုလသမဂ္ဂရုံး (UNOV) ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ်/ ကုလသမဂ္ဂ မူးယစ်ဆေးဝါးနှင့် ပြစ်မှုဆိုင်ရာရုံး (UNODC) အမှုဆောင် ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူး Ms. Monica Juma တို့အကြား တွေ့ဆုံပွဲကို ၁၉-၆-၂၀၂၆ ရက်တွင် ဗီယင်နာ အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာစင်တာ၌ ကျင်းပခဲ့ရာ၊ ဩစတြီးယားနိုင်ငံ၊ ဗီယင်နာမြို့အခြေစိုက် ကုလသမဂ္ဂ နှင့် အခြားနိုင်ငံတကာအဖွဲ့အစည်းများဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာအမြဲတမ်းကိုယ်စားလှယ် သံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးမင်းသိမ်း တက်ရောက်ခဲ့သည်။
အဆိုပါတွေ့ဆုံပွဲတွင် အာဆီယံ-UNODC နားလည်မှုစာချွန်လွှာအပေါ် အခြေခံ၍ ဒေသတွင်း ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေး၊ လုံခြုံရေးနှင့် ကြံ့ကြံ့ခံနိုင်ရည်ရှိမှုတို့ကို ဆက်လက်မြှင့်တင်ရေး အတွက်လည်းကောင်း၊ UNODC ၏ ၂၀၂၆-၂၀၃၀ လုပ်ငန်းမဟာဗျူဟာနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ လည်းကောင်း၊ UNODC နှင့် အရှေ့တောင်အာရှဒေသတွင်းရှိ နိုင်ငံများအကြား မူးယစ်ဆေးဝါး၊ ဆိုက်ဘာရာဇဝတ်မှုများ၊ အွန်လိုင်းငွေလိမ်မှုများနှင့် ငွေကြေးခဝါချမှုများ အပါအဝင် နိုင်ငံဖြတ်ကျော်ရာဇဝတ်မှုများကို တိုက်ဖျက်ရာ၌ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများနှင့် နည်းပညာ ပံ့ပိုးကူညီမှုများ တိုးမြှင့်ရေးအတွက် လည်းကောင်း ဆွေးနွေးအမြင်ချင်းဖလှယ်ခဲ့ကြသည်။
ဆွေးနွေးပွဲတွင် မြန်မာအမြဲတမ်းကိုယ်စားလှယ်က မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် အထက်ဖော်ပြပါ နိုင်ငံဖြတ်ကျော်ရာဇဝတ်မှုများကို တိုက်ဖျက်နှိမ်နင်းရာ၌ UNODC ၏ အရေးပါသော အခန်းကဏ္ဍနှင့် နည်းပညာပံ့ပိုးကူညီမှုများကို များစွာအလေးထားမှု၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအား ကာလရှည်ကြာ ပံ့ပိုးကူညီ ပေးခဲ့သည့် အစဉ်အလာကောင်းများကို “မည်သည့်နိုင်ငံကိုမျှ ချန်လှပ်မထားရေး” ဟူသော ကုလသမဂ္ဂ၏ ဆောင်ပုဒ်နှင့်အညီ နိုင်ငံရေးပယောဂမပါဘဲ ဆက်လက်ထိန်းသိမ်း ဆောင်ရွက်သင့်မှု၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသည် နိုင်ငံဖြတ်ကျော်ရာဇဝတ်မှုများကို ကိုယ့်အားကိုယ်ကိုး၍ လည်းကောင်း၊ အိမ်နီးချင်းနှင့် မိတ်ဆွေနိုင်ငံများနှင့်ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်၍ လည်းကောင်း တိုက်ဖျက်နှိမ်နင်း လျက်ရှိမှုနှင့် UNODC နှင့်လည်း ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်သွားရန် အသင့်ရှိမှုတို့ကို ထည့်သွင်း ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့သည်။

Myanmar Permanent Representative attends Meeting between ASEAN Vienna Committee and Executive Director of UNODC

Ambassador U Min Thein, Permanent Representative of Myanmar to the United Nations and other International Organizations based in Vienna, Austria, attended a meeting between ASEAN Vienna Committee (AVC) and Ms. Monica Juma, Director-General of United Naions Office in Vienna (UNOV) and Executive Director of United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) on 19 June 2026 at the Vienna International Centre.
During the meeting, both sides discussed and exchanged views on promoting regional peace, security, and resilience based on the ASEAN-UNODC Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Discussions also focused on UNODC corporate strategy (2026–2030) as well as enhancing cooperation and technical assistance between UNODC and Southeast Asian nations in combating transnational organized crimes including drugs, cybercrimes, online scams, and money laundering.
The Permanent Representative of Myanmar highlighted that Myanmar attaches great importance on UNODC’s vital role and technical assistance in combating the aforementioned transnational organized crimes. He also emphasized that UNODC’s long-standing tradition of supporting Myanmar should be maintained without political interference, in line with the United Nations principle, "Leave No One Behind." He further informed that Myanmar is currently combating and suppressing transnational organized crimes through self-reliance, as well as through cooperation with neighbouring and friendly nations, and stated that Myanmar remains ready to cooperate with UNODC.
