The Republic of Namibia is set to embark on a General Registration of Voters.
All Namibians residing in diaspora namely: Austria, Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Hungary, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia are encouraged to participate in this democratic exercise.
Registration will commence on 03 June until 01 August 2024, and the registration times are from Monday to Saturdays from 08:00 until 19:00 at the Embassy in Vienna, at Zuckerkandlgasse 2, A-1190.

Supplementary Registration of Voters 08 – 27 July 2019

As you might be aware, Namibia will be going to the Polls for the Presidential and National Assembly Elections on the 27th of November 2019 in Namibia and the 17th of November 2019 in all Namibian Missions abroad.
In light of the above all Namibian citizens who are 18 years and older and are in possession of a valid ordinary green Namibian passport, Namibian Identity Document, or Namibian Drivers’ License are urged to exercise their democratic right and participate in the upcoming Elections.
There will be Supplementary Voters’ Registration for all Namibians abroad, to provide an opportunity for those that would like to vote but are not registered voters, those who are 18 years old or turning 18 on the date of registration, and those have lost their voter’s cards.

Registration Point: Embassy of Namibia – Vienna Austria
Registration Dates: 08 – 27 July 2019 (Mon – Sat)
Time: 08H00 – 19H00
Who can Register: Namibian citizens who are 18 years or older
Required Documents: Namibian ID, Green Namibian Passport, Namibian Driver’s License

Those in possession of a valid Voters’ Registration Card do not need to register.
