CONGRATULATIONS to the IB graduates 2025! With only 16 students per class in our school, it is especially commendable to achieve such a high percentage of success results.
Here are the notable results:

- 1 student received 45 points
- 1 student received 44 points (this may change to 45 as it is still in progress)
- 1 student received 39 points
- 2 students received 37 points
- All remaining students achieved more than 25 points

Notably, 45 points is the maximum achievable score, which is rarely attained, while 24 points is the required minimum.

This class has demonstrated remarkable ambition from the very beginning, effectively utilizing all available resources and showing a continued commitment to excellence. Their teamwork, which ensured that no one was left behind, was genuinely heartwarming.

Furthermore, we would like to thank the parents who have entrusted us to care for and guide their most precious wealth, their children, from a very young age, with all the skills and talents they may possess within them.

And a special thank you to our team of excellent teachers, who took care of every student individually and provided the framework for this success.

Das Pädagogische Zentrum am Sonnberg befindet sich am Fuße des Wienerwalds direkt an der Wiener Stadtgrenze im naturverbundenen und doch auch kleinstadtgeprägten Perchtoldsdorf. Die Montessori International School ist eine Bildungsinstitution für 1 bis 19jährige und endet mit der Universitätsreife. Unser Ziel ist es über alle Altersgruppen hinweg eine individuelle und kindbezogene Ausbildung sicherzustellen. Die Vorbereitete Umgebung nach AMI Standard ist vollständig vorhanden.

Unsere Primaria 2 wird von unserer englischsprachigen Hauptpädagogin MA Lorin Nevius, AMI Ausbildung Bergamo, geleitet, von unserer deutschsprachigen Co-Montessori Pädagogin in Ausbildung Sophie Körper unterstützt und soll nun durch eine 3-4 Vormittage anwesende zweite deutschsprachige Pädagogin mit Schwerpunkt Sprache und Literatur ergänzt werden. Hierfür suchen wir einen/eine ambitionierte deutschsprachige Montessori PädagogIn (ausschließlich AMI oder ÖMG ausgebildet oder in Ausbildung).

Arbeitszeiten:
3-4 Vormittage 08:40-12:00 Gehalt: (abhängig von Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung) mindestens €1542,35 bei 3 Tagen, mindestens €2056 bei 4 Tagen

Voraussetzungen:
• AMI oder ÖMG Montessori Diplom oder in Ausbildung

Job advertisement: Cooking with children and for children!
The Pädagogisches Zentrum am Sonnberg (childcare and school) is located at the foot of the Vienna Woods, right on the outskirts of Vienna in Perchtoldsdorf, which is both close to nature and a small town.
For our school kitchen, we are looking for a committed, generous, stress-resistant person with experience preparing vegetarian meals for many people. The position is particularly suitable for people with a nutritional or educational background, but career changers are also welcome!
Working hours:
September to the end of June (school times) Wednesday and Friday approx. 08:00-14:30 plus approx. 1 hour administration per week. This means 13 hours on-site and 1 hour of administration off-site.
Salary: (depending on education and work experience) € 788.06 gross starting salary
Requirements:
- European work permit/access to the Austrian labor market
- Experience of working with children, patience but also clarity in dealing with children and young people
- Ability to work independently/self-employed but also in a team
- Very good communication skills for working with children and school parents

Für unsere Schulküche suchen wir einen/eine engagierte, großherzige, stressresistente Persönlichkeit mit Erfahrung in der Zubereitung von vegetarischen Gerichten für eine große Gruppe an Menschen. The International Highschool Herzogberg in Perchtoldsdorf (postcode: 2380, close to Vienna and the Vienna Woods) has a vacancy for a Team Leader: English native speaker and general education teacher (ideally with a focus on science - chemistry, physics, biology AND/OR economics) or Montessori Adolescents trained teacher starting August/September 2024 (or part-time February 2024).

The International Highschool Herzogberg offers programmes for 12 to 15 year olds in 3 classes with a maximum of 16 students per class. It is located on a 12,000m² site on the outskirts of Vienna, close to the Wienerwald and easily accessible from Liesing station.
