The UK and Albania have signed an Asset Sharing Arrangement — a regional first. 🇬🇧🤝🇦🇱
Recovered proceeds of serious organised crime in this concluded case will be split equally between both countries, undermining the criminal business model and reinvesting in social good.
This milestone was made possible through close collaboration with the Albanian Agency for the Management of Seized and Confiscated Property (AAPSK), the Home Office, the National Crime Agency, and the Crown Prosecution Service.
