Quantitative Research Workshop with Raiffeisen Bank at EPOKA University

EPOKA University, in collaboration with Raiffeisen Bank and the Department of Banking and Finance, organized a Quantitative Research Workshop, bringing together students eager to improve their analytical and research skills.

The workshop took place on Thursday, March 19, 2026, with an engaged group of participants. Students explored key concepts of quantitative research and gained practical insights from industry professionals.

Through interactive discussions, group work, and real-case scenarios, participants applied theoretical knowledge in practice. This hands-on experience helped them strengthen problem-solving skills and better understand data-driven decision-making in the financial sector.

EPOKA University recently welcomed representatives from Confindustria Albania for a meeting focused on strengthening cooperation between academia and industry, with the aim of creating concrete opportunities for the professional development of students and graduates.

The meeting was hosted by the University Administrator, Dr. Esmir Demaj, the Dean of Students, Mr. Ermion Jaho, the Vice Dean of Students, Ms. Naida Ertekin, as well as Mentor Sinanaj, representative of the Career Planning and Alumni Office.

Also present were the President of Confindustria Albania, Davide Rogai, the Director, Gerta Bilali, the CEO of Consulcesi Albania Sh.p.k., Simona Gori, and the Human Resources Manager of the same company, Esmiralda Mehmeti.

During the meeting, discussions focused on providing internship opportunities for students, employment opportunities within Confindustria Albania member companies, participation in career fairs, sharing platforms to connect students with companies, as well as exchanging experiences and ideas to further strengthen collaboration between the university and industry.

This activity aimed to build concrete bridges of cooperation that support students in developing their skills, preparing for the job market, and successfully integrating into their professional careers.
