âFuqizimi i grave nĂ« politikĂ«: Sfidat, pengesat dhe zgjidhjet pĂ«r akses tĂ« barabartĂ« nĂ« financimin politikâ ishte nĂ« fokus tĂ« njĂ« tryeze teknike tĂ« organizuar nga Prezenca e OSBE-sĂ« sĂ« bashku me UN Women Albania dhe Rrjetin e Grave âBarazi nĂ« Vendimmarrjeâ.
Përfaqësues të partive politike, gra këshilltare, përfaqësues të shoqërisë civile, partnerë ndërkombëtarë dhe ekspertë zgjedhorë diskutuan mënyra për të forcuar dispozitat gjinore në projektligjin e ri për financimin e partive politike, i cili po diskutohet në kuadër të procesit të reformës zgjedhore në parlament.
Ata shkëmbyen mendime mbi pengesat që kufizojnë avancimin e grave në politikë, përfshirë aksesin e pabarabartë në financimin e partive, si edhe eksploruan se si mekanizmat e financimit të ndjeshëm ndaj çështjeve gjinore, sanksionet më të forta dhe mbikëqyrja e përmirësuar mund të ndihmojnë në garantimin e pjesëmarrjes kuptimplote të grave në jetën politike.
NjĂ« ekspert i OSBE/ODIHR-it prezantoi gjetjet kryesore tĂ« âOpinionit urgjent tĂ« ndĂ«rmjetĂ«m tĂ« ODIHR-it mbi Projektligjin e ShqipĂ«risĂ« pĂ«r Financimin e Partive Politikeâ, me fokus te nxitja e barazisĂ« gjinore dhe e pjesĂ«marrjes sĂ« tĂ« rinjve.
Prezenca e OSBE-së mbetet e përkushtuar për të mbështetur Shqipërinë në forcimin e integritetit zgjedhor dhe zbatimin e rekomandimeve të OSBE/ODIHR-it.
Veprimtaria u organizua si pjesĂ« e projektit tĂ« PrezencĂ«s sĂ« OSBE-sĂ« âMbĂ«shtetje pĂ«r reformĂ«n dhe proceset zgjedhore nĂ« ShqipĂ«riâ, i cili mbĂ«shtetet nga Suedia, Zvicra, Misioni i SHBA-sĂ« nĂ« OSBE dhe Polonia.

âWomenâs empowerment in politics: Challenges, barriers & solutions for equal access to political financeâ was the focus of a technical workshop organized by the OSCE Presence together with UN Women Albania and Women's Network Equality in Decision Making.
Political partiesâ representatives, women councillors, civil society, international partners and electoral experts discussed ways to strengthen gender-responsive provisions in the new Draft Law on Financing of Political Parties which is under discussion as part of the ongoing electoral reform process in parliament.
They exchanged views on the barriers limiting womenâs advancement in politics, including unequal access to party funding and explored how gender-sensitive financing mechanisms, stronger sanctions and improved oversight could help ensure meaningful participation of women in political life.
An OSCE/ODIHR expert presented key findings from ODIHRâs âUrgent interim opinion on the Draft Law of Albania on the Financing of Political Partiesâ, focusing on incentives to promote gender equality and youth participation.
The OSCE Presence remains committed to supporting Albania in strengthening electoral integrity and implementing the OSCE/ODIHR recommendations.
The event was organized as part of the OSCE Presenceâs project "Support to electoral reform and processes in Albania", which is supported by Sweden, Switzerland, the U.S. Mission to the OSCE and Poland.
