NĂ«n kujdesin e Atasheut Austriak pĂ«r ĂĂ«shtjet Sociale, z. Harald Breza-Fugger dhe nĂ«n koordinimin e QendrĂ«s Shqiptare pĂ«r PopullsinĂ« dhe Zhvillimin (ACPD), u zhvillua me 3 Mars nĂ« Europe House workshop-i me temĂ«: "Implementimi i EU-Acquis nĂ« fushĂ«n e tĂ« drejtave tĂ« njeriut â pikat kyçe: Balanca punĂ«-jetĂ«, Ekonomia e Kujdesit dhe Dhuna me BazĂ« Gjinore". Ky aktivitet mblodhi bashkĂ« pĂ«rfaqĂ«sues tĂ« lartĂ« tĂ« institucioneve, organizatave ndĂ«rkombĂ«tare dhe shoqĂ«risĂ« civile pĂ«r tĂ« adresuar sfidat e pĂ«rafrimit tĂ« legjislacionit shqiptar me standartet evropiane.
Në fjalën e saj, Drejtorja e ACPD, znj. Elona Hoxha, theksoi rëndësinë e profesionalizimit të sektorit të kujdesit si një shtyllë jetike për fuqizimin ekonomik të gruas dhe si një masë parandaluese ndaj pabarazisë gjinore. Nënkryetarja e Kuvendit, znj. Klodiana Spahiu, vlerësoi progresin në përmbushjen e direktivave të BE-së, ndërsa përfaqësueset e UN Women dhe UNFPA theksuan rëndësinë e integrimit të politikave gjinore në çdo qelizë të ekonomisë dhe shoqërisë. Gjatë sesioneve të moderuara nga ACPD, u diskutua gjerësisht mbi "Ekonominë e Kujdesit" dhe balancën punë-jetë dhe rëndësinë e financimit të shërbimeve si masa parandaluese ndaj pabarazisë.
Eksperienca austriake e prezantuar nga z. Breza-Fugger shërbeu si një model i vlefshëm për forcimin e mekanizmave të mbrojtjes. Panelet e ekspertëve nga OJF-të, sollën një perspektivë praktike mbi sfidat e financimit të qëndrueshëm të shërbimeve për viktimat e dhunës në përputhje me Konventën e Stambollit.
Përmes këtij bashkëpunimi, ACPD dhe Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs, Health, Care and Consumer Protection, BMASGPK synojnë të nxisin politika që mbështesin pavarësinë ekonomike të grave dhe llogaridhënien institucionale.

Under the leadership of the Austrian Social Affairs AttachĂ©, Mr. Harald Breza-Fugger, and coordinated by the Albanian Center for Population and Development (ACPD), a workshop was held on the 3rd of March at Europe House. The event focused on "Implementation of EU-Acquis in the field of human rights â focal points: Work-life balance, Care economy and Gender-based violence". This activity brought together high-level institutional representatives and civil society to address the challenges of aligning Albanian legislation with European standards.
In her remarks, the Director of ACPD, Mrs. Elona Hoxha, emphasized the importance of professionalizing the care sector as a vital pillar for women's economic empowerment and as a preventative measure against gender inequality. The Deputy Speaker of the Parliament, Mrs. Klodiana Spahiu, praised the progress in fulfilling EU directives. Key contributions from UN Women and UNFPA emphasized the vital need to integrate gender policies into all aspects of the economy and social development.
During the sessions moderated by ACPD, extensive discussions were held on the "Value of Care", work-life balance and the importance of funding services as a preventative measure against inequality.
The Austrian experience shared by Mr. Breza-Fugger served as a benchmark for strengthening protection and prevention mechanisms. Expert panels featuring civil society organizations (CSOs) provided critical insights into the challenges of securing "adequate and sustainable" funding for domestic violence services in line with the Istanbul Convention.
Through this collaboration, ACPD and the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs, Health, Care and Consumer Protection, BMASGPK aim to promote policies that support women's economic independence and institutional accountability for a fairer society.
