پولیس مردمی Police-e-Mardume هدف کلی این پروژه ساختن سریع و موثر ساختار وظرفیت پولیس ملی افغان بطور مسلکی و دمکراتیک در چندین نقطه از افغانستان میباشد.

The overall objective of the project is to implement in the Afghan National Police structure and within different places of Afghanistan a fast, efficient and professional Democratic Policing capacity. The Police-e-Mardume Units are the seeds for a further dissemination at provincial level, permitting to Afghan National Police to spread knowledge and experience on democratic policing within the org

anization. The project is to be conducted throughout Afghanistan, placed under Afghan ownership, with a view of establishing public trust and confidence in an easily accessible police service, citizen centered, compliant with human rights and the rule of law.
