نشست نوبتی کمیته ادغام مجدد (مرکز ثبت معلومات عودت کنندگان) به ریاست والی کابل دایر شد

نشست نوبتی کمیته ادغام مجدد (مرکز معلومات عودت کنندگان) قبل از ظهر امرو یکشنبه، بیستوسوم جوزا با اشتراک رؤسای سکتوری ولایت کابل، نهادهای کمک کننده و مسؤولین مقام ولایت کابل به ریاست محمد یعقوب حیدری والی کابل دایر شد.
در نخست احمد جواد شهزاد، رئیس امور مهاجرین و عودت کنندگان ولایت کابل، در رابطه به نیازمندیهای عودت کنندگان ولایت کابل معلومات ادغام مجدد ( مرکز معلومات عودت کنندهگان) را به رهبری جلسه ارایه کرد.
ريیس امور مهاجرین و عودت کنندهگان گفت که در سه ماه گذشته، نیازمندیهای ۱۲۰ خانواده عودتکننده ثبت سیستم ادغام مجدد (مرکز معلومات عودت کنندگان) شده است.
سپس محمد یعقوب حیدری والی کابل، در قسمت چگونگی کمک دونرها وموسسات همکار، گفت که در بخش صحت عامه، تنظیم تیمهای سیار به منظور رسیدگی به مصاب شدگان کرونا و توبرکلوز به خصوص مهاجرین همکاری کنند.
والی کابل در خصوص فعالیت دونرها و مؤسسات کمک کننده؛ پیرامون چگونگی فعالیت و تطبیق پالیسیهای دولت مخصوصاً ثبت و راجستر مؤسسات و ایجاد هماهنگی لازم با ریاست اقتصاد ولایت کابل جهت پیشبرد امور کاری این مؤسسات صحبت کرد.
در ادامه، نمایندگان مؤسسات همکار و کمککننده گزارش از فعالیتهای کاری شان را در بخشهای فراهم سازی تیمهای سیار برای تطبیق واکسین کرونا و توبرکلوز، ایجاد فرصتهای اشتغالزایی برای زنان، برنامههای ظرفیتسازی برای جوانان در بخشهای مختلف، آمادهسازی طرح به منظور ایجاد سهولتهای اولیه برای شهرکهای مهاجرین در ولایت کابل و طرح تجدید مواد (ریسایکلینگ)، صحبت کردند.
در مقابل، محمد یعقوب حیدری والی کابل، ضمن سپاسگزاری از فعالیت مؤسسات همکار بر فعالیت قانونی طبق لوایح دولتی در رابطه به فعالیت مؤسسات تاکید کرد.
وی همچنان بر بهبود و چگونگی کار مؤسسات کمک کننده در قسمت حصول رضایت مردم و جلوگیری از مصارف بیهوده بحث کرد.
والی کابل ایجاد هماهنگی لازم را به منظور پیشبرد مؤثر در کار موسسات کمککننده و مصؤنیت کارمندان این موسسات موثر خواند.
قابل یادآوری است که کمیته ادغام طبق فرمان شماره ۳۰۵ مقام عالی ریاست جمهوری به منظور ثبت دوباره عودت کنندگان و رسیدگی به نیازمندیهای چون فراهمسازی مسکن و فراهمسازی حقوق شهروندی برای بازگشتکنندگان به ریاست والیان محترم ۳۴ ولایت کشور و با عضویت چندین نهاد ملی و بینالمللی فعالیت میکند.
گفتنی است که با تکمیل کار کمیته ادغام مجدد در ولایت کابل برای حدود ۲۰ هزار خانواده مهاجرین و عودت کنندگان زمینه ایجاد مسکن مهیا میشود.

The regular meeting of the Reintegration Committee (Returnees’ Information Registration Center) was held this morning, Sunday, June 13, with the participation of sectoral heads of Kabul province, aid organizations, and officials from the Kabul governor’s office, under the chairmanship of Mohammad Yaqub Haidari, Governor of Kabul.
First, Ahmad Jawad Shehzad, director of Refugees and Returnees Affairs of Kabul Province, provided information on the needs of returnees in Kabul Province and presented details on the Reintegration Information System (Returnees’ Information Registration Center) to the meeting leadership.
The director of Refugees and Returnees Affairs mentioned that in the past three months, the needs of 120 returnee families have been registered in the Reintegration System (Returnees’ Information Registration Center).
Subsequently, Mohammad Yaqub Haidari, Governor of Kabul, spoke about how donor organizations and partner institutions can help, particularly in the field of public health, by organizing mobile teams to assist those affected by COVID-19 and tuberculosis, especially among refugees.
The Governor of Kabul also discussed the activities of donor organizations and aid institutions, focusing on how they operate and implement government policies, especially regarding the registration and coordination of these institutions with the Kabul Provincial Directorate of Economy.
Furthermore, representatives of partner and aid organizations reported on their activities, including the provision of mobile teams for COVID-19 and tuberculosis vaccination, creating employment opportunities for women, capacity-building programs for youth in various sectors, preparing plans to provide basic facilities for refugee settlements in Kabul, and the recycling initiative.
In response, Mohammad Yaqub Haidari, Governor of Kabul, expressed his gratitude for the efforts of partner organizations and emphasized the importance of legal operations according to government regulations.
He also discussed the improvement and efficiency of the aid organizations in achieving public satisfaction and preventing unnecessary expenses.
The Governor of Kabul emphasized the importance of effective coordination to ensure the successful work of aid organizations and the safety of their staff.
It is worth noting that the Reintegration Committee, established under Presidential Decree No. 305, is responsible for re-registering returnees and addressing their needs, such as housing and ensuring citizenship rights, under the leadership of the governors of the country’s 34 provinces, with the participation of several national and international organizations.
It is expected that with the completion of the Reintegration Committee’s work in Kabul province, housing will be provided for about 20,000 families of refugees and returnees.
