عقدت دائرة التفتيش القضائي، برئاسة سعادة القاضي الدكتورة سلامة راشد الكتبي، رئيس دائرة التفتيش القضائي، وبحضور سعادة الشيخ فيصل المعلا، أمين عام مجلس القضاء، اجتماعاً تنسيقياً مع رؤساء المحاكم الابتدائية ورؤساء دوائر التركات في إمارة الشارقة.
ويأتي الاجتماع تنفيذاً لتوجيهات صاحب السمو الشيخ الدكتور سلطان بن محمد القاسمي، عضو المجلس الأعلى حاكم الشارقة، حفظه الله، بضرورة سرعة الفصل في قضايا التركات وإنجازها بما يحقق العدالة الناجزة ويحفظ حقوق أصحاب الشأن.
وتناول الاجتماع أبرز التحديات التي قد تؤدي إلى تأخير الفصل في هذه القضايا، واستعراض السبل الكفيلة بمعالجتها وتجاوزها، إلى جانب بحث آليات تطوير الإجراءات وتوحيد منهجية العمل بين محاكم الإمارة، بما يسهم في رفع كفاءة الأداء القضائي وتسريع إنجاز معاملات التركات وفق أعلى معايير الجودة والفاعلية.

The Judicial Inspection Department, chaired by Her Excellency Judge Dr Salama Rashid Al Ketbi, Chairman of the Judicial Inspection Department, held a coordination meeting with the Presidents of the Courts of First Instance and the Heads of Estates Divisions across the Emirate of Sharjah, in the presence of His Excellency Sheikh Faisal Al Mualla, Secretary-General of the Judicial Council.
The meeting was held in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, emphasising the importance of the timely resolution of inheritance and estate cases to protect the rights of all parties and ensure the efficient delivery of justice.
The participants discussed a number of challenges that may affect the progress of these cases and reviewed ways to address them. They also explored opportunities to improve procedures and strengthen consistency across the Emirate’s courts, helping to enhance efficiency and facilitate the timely completion of estate-related matters.
