في 28 أبريل 2026، نظّمت شركة وقاية جلسة توعوية بمناسبة
اليوم العالمي للسلامة والصحة المهنية، تماشياً مع شعار “بيئة العمل النفسية والاجتماعية”.

وتجسّد رسالة مدير إدارة الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة، عبدالله الماجدي، التزام وقاية بترسيخ بيئة عمل متكاملة تقوم على الصحة النفسية، والمسؤولية المشتركة، وثقافة سلامة مستدامة.

تم تنفيذ تمرين إخلاء في المقر الأيقوني لشركة بيئة في الشارقة، بهدف تعزيز الجاهزية للطوارئ وتنسيق الاستجابة بين الجهات المعنية.

قاد التمرين فريق الصحة والسلامة والبيئة لوقاية، بالتعاون مع هيئة الشارقة للدفاع المدني وإدارة جناح الجو بوزارة الداخلية. وقد حاكى السيناريو حالة طبية حرجة استدعت تطبيق إجراءات إخلاء منظمة ودمج مهمة إخلاء جوي ضمن مجريات التمرين.

An evacuation drill was conducted at the iconic BEEAH headquarters in Sharjah to enhance emergency preparedness and multi-agency response coordination.

The exercise was led by WEKAYA’s HSE team in collaboration with Sharjah Civil Defense Authority and the Air Wings Department of the Ministry of Interior. The scenario simulated a critical medical emergency requiring structured evacuation procedures and the integration of an air rescue mission.

The drill demonstrated coordinated ground and aerial response capabilities, while also supporting the long-term vision of establishing a medical air bridge between Khaled Bin Sultan City and Jawaher Boston Medical District to strengthen rapid medical transport connectivity.

This initiative reflects an ongoing commitment to advancing safety standards, inter-agency collaboration, and operational readiness in the region.

في مقر "بيئة" الرئيسي، أبرمت "وقاية" و"ستيري أرابيا" شراكة استراتيجية لتقديم حلول مستدامة ومتوافقة للتطهير وإعادة التعقيم داخل المواقع وخارجها، بما يخدم منظومة الرعاية الصحية في إمارة الشارقة وذلك تعزيزاً لمعايير الوقاية من العدوى ومكافحتها في مختلف قطاعات الرعاية الصحية في الإمارة.

وقع الاتفاقية كل من كل من علي النقبي، الرئيس التنفيذي لـ "وقاية"، والمهندس لبيب عثمان، المدير التنفيذي للمعدات الطبية في "جلف درغ"، الشركة الأم لـ "ستيري أرابيا"، وذلك بحضور خالد الحريمل، الرئيس التنفيذي ونائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة في "بيئة" وعضو مجلس إدارة "وقاية"، وفهد علي شهيل، الرئيس التنفيذي – الاستدامة في "بيئة" وعضو مجلس إدارة "وقاية".

وبموجب هذه الشراكة، سنعمل على دمج خبراتنا في الإدارة المستدامة للنفايات الطبية والصحة والسلامة والبيئة مع القدرات التقنية لـ "ستيري أرابيا" في مجال التعقيم السريري، بهدف ترسيخ معايير نظافة عالمية المستوى في مرافق الرعاية الصحية في الشارقة، ودعم الاحتياجات المتنامية للقطاع الصحي في الإمارة وتعزيز مرونته في مجال الصحة العامة

Strengthening infection prevention and control standards across Sharjah’s healthcare sector, Wekaya and SteriArabia have entered a strategic partnership to jointly deliver sustainable and compliant on-site and off-site decontamination and sterilization solutions across the emirate’s healthcare ecosystem.

Formalized at BEEAH Headquarters, the agreement was signed by Ali Al Naqbi, CEO of Wekaya, and Labib Othman - Managing Director of Steriarabia parent company of Gulfdrug, in the presence of Khaled Al Huraimel, Group CEO and Vice Chairman of BEEAH and Board Member of Wekaya, and Fahad Shehail, CEO of Environment at BEEAH and Board Member of Wekaya.

Under this partnership, we will integrate our sustainable medical waste and HSE management expertise with SteriArabia’s technical capabilities in clinical sterilization to uphold world-class hygiene benchmarks across Sharjah’s healthcare facilities and support the emirate’s evolving healthcare needs and public health resilience.

‎خلال الدورة السابعة من جوائز الشرق الأوسط لإدارة النفايات وإعادة التدوير، حازت “وقاية” على الجائزة الفضية عن فئة “أفضل ممارسة في إدارة النفايات الطبية”، وهو تكريم يعبّر عن تقديرٍ رسمي لجهودنا في إدارة النفايات الطبية وتعزيز معايير الصحة والسلامة في المنطقة.

‎وبصفتها الجهة الرسمية لإدارة النفايات الطبية في الشارقة، تُعد “وقاية” الأولى في المنطقة التي تحقق التحويل الكامل للنفايات الطبية بعيداً عن المكبات. ومن خلال اعتماد أنظمة تعقيم متقدمة وإعادة توظيف النفايات الصلبة لتحويلها إلى وقود أخضر بديل، نواصل وضع معايير جديدة لجمع ونقل ومعالجة النفايات الطبية بشكل آمن ومستدام.

‎ومع احتفالنا بهذا الإنجاز، نؤكد التزامنا بمواصلة ترسيخ أفضل الممارسات في إدارة النفايات الطبية الخطرة عبر دولة الإمارات وخارجها.
