يعد طائر الرفراف المطوق العربي أحد أندر الطيور في دولة الإمارات، وأحد أبرز رموز التنوع الحيوي في محمية أشجار القرم كلباء.

ويُصنف هذا الطائر مهدداً بالانقراض وفق القائمة الحمراء لدولة الإمارات، مما يبرز أهمية الحفاظ على موائله الطبيعية وحمايتها.

The Arabian Collared Kingfisher is one of the rarest birds in the United Arab Emirates and a remarkable symbol of biodiversity in the Kalba Mangrove Protected Area.

Classified as endangered on the UAE Red List, this bird highlights the importance of protecting natural habitats and conserving wildlife.
