ضمن مشاريع مبادرات صاحب السمو رئيس الدولة، تفقد الشيخ أحمد بن سعود بن صقر القاسمي، رئيس دائرة الخدمات العامة برأس الخيمة، رئيس لجنة أمن وتطوير منافذ إمارة رأس الخيمة، اليوم، سير العمل في منفذ الدارة الحدودي في الإمارة، الرابط بين دولة الإمارات وسلطنة عُمان الشقيقة.
واطلع الشيخ أحمد بن سعود على أعمال إحلال وإنشاء المنفذ، والعمليات الجمركية، والأجهزة الحديثة المستخدمة في تفتيش البضائع ومعاينتها، والتدابير المتبعة لتسهيل حركة التجارة والمسافرين القادمين والمغادرين، مشيداً بمستوى التقدم الذي بلغته منظومة العمل في المنفذ.

In line with the initiatives of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, Sheikh Ahmed bin Saud Al Qasimi, Chairman of Ras Al Khaimah Public Services Department and Chairman of Ras Al Khaimah Security and Border Development Committee, today visited Al Dara Border Crossing, which connects the UAE and the Sultanate of Oman.
During the visit, Sheikh Ahmed was briefed on the redevelopment and construction of the border crossing, customs operations, advanced cargo inspection technologies and the measures implemented to streamline the flow of goods and passengers through the crossing. He commended the high level of efficiency and progress achieved in administering border operations.
