وقّع مركز بطاقة «إسعاد» في شرطة دبي وبرنامج حمدان بن محمد للابتعاث الأكاديمي مذكرة تعاون، تتيح للطلبة المبتعثين ضمن البرنامج الاستفادة من مزايا وعروض بطاقة «إسعاد» لدى مجموعة واسعة من الجهات والمؤسسات داخل دولة الإمارات وخارجها، بما يدعم رحلتهم التعليمية ويحفزهم على مواصلة التميز الأكاديمي.

وجرى توقيع المذكرة من قبل العميد صلاح المرزوقي، مدير مركز بطاقة «إسعاد»، والدكتورة آمنة المازمي، المدير التنفيذي لقطاع التطوير والتنمية البشرية في هيئة المعرفة والتنمية البشرية، بحضور معالي عائشة عبدالله ميران، مدير عام الهيئة ورئيس اللجنة التوجيهية لبرنامج حمدان بن محمد للابتعاث الأكاديمي.

Dubai Police’s Esaad Card Centre and the Hamdan bin Mohammed Scholarship Programme have signed a memorandum of cooperation to extend Esaad card benefits to students enrolled in the programme, giving them access to a wide range of offers and discounts across participating organisations in the UAE and internationally, while supporting and encouraging them throughout their educational journey.

The agreement was signed by Colonel Salah Al Marzouqi, Director of the Esaad Card Centre, and Dr Amna Almaazmi, CEO of Growth and Human Development at KHDA, in the presence of Her Excellency Aisha Miran, Director General of KHDA and Chair of the Steering Committee of the Hamdan bin Mohammed Scholarship Programme.
