تحت رعاية صاحب السموّ الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي، ألقت سمو الشيخة لطيفة بنت محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، رئيسة الهيئة، كلمةً رئيسية ملهمة خلال فعاليات ‘قمة الإعلام العربي 2026’، التي ينظمها ‘نادي دبي للصحافة’.
وفي كلمتها بعنوان ‘هكذا تُكتَب سيرة المدن’، سلطت سموها الضوء على المسيرة المتميزة لدبي ودولة الإمارات، حيث انتقلت الدولة من مرحلة بناء السمعة إلى بناء الثقة. وعبّرت سموها عن فخرها بالمشهد الإماراتي المشرّف الذي تمثّل في حكمة الدولة في مواجهة الأزمات، لاسيّما خلال الأحداث الأخيرة، مشيرةً إلى الرابط الوثيق بين القيادة والمجتمع، واعتزاز الشعب الإماراتي بوطنه وهويته، وتمسكه بالقيم الإماراتية الأصيلة. كما أكدت سموّها أنّ أكثر القصص صدقاً وتأثيراً هي ليست التي يرويها المكان عن نفسه، بل التي تجعل سكانه يروونها عنه بما توفره لهم من ثقة وانتماء وإمكانات.
Held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, our Chairperson, Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, delivered an impactful keynote at the Arab Media Summit 2026, organised by the Dubai Press Club.
Her Highness’s address on ‘The Stories That Shape Our Cities’ highlighted how Dubai and the UAE have long progressed from building a reputation to building trust. Reflecting on the UAE’s wisdom in responding to crises, particularly during recent regional events, Her Highness spoke of the close bond between the leadership and the community, the Emirati people’s pride in their homeland and identity, and their commitment to Emirati values. Her Highness also highlighted that the most authentic and powerful stories are those that residents tell of a place, inspired by the trust, sense of belonging and opportunities it gives.
