Our new headquarters marks the next phase in the Group’s evolution and is designed to set a new benchmark for prime office space in Dubai.

Built around collaboration, sustainability and employee wellbeing, it will bring our businesses together in a highly connected workplace, while creating a prime new address in one of the city’s most sought-after commercial locations.

Our AED 5 billion investment will also advance the delivery of Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers, comprising 754 branded residences across two towers. The development will combine contemporary architecture with Jumeirah’s renowned Arabian hospitality and service expertise, adding a residential landmark to one of Dubai’s most prominent districts.

Together, the two developments reflect our long-term commitment to strengthening Dubai’s position as a global hub for business, investment and talent.

We have signed an agreement with China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East to deliver our new headquarters and Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers.

Witnessed by H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, H.E. Mohamed bin Hadi Al Hussaini and H.E. Ou Boqian, the agreement reflects our continued investment in world-class developments that will contribute to the city's long-term growth.
