يعمل المجلس الأعلى للطاقة في دبي، بالتنسيق مع لجنة تنظيم تداول المواد البترولية، على تنظيم إجراءات تصاريح تداول المنتجات البترولية وفق إطار واضح يحدد الأدوار والمسؤوليات في مختلف مراحل دراسة الطلب.

وتتولى اللجنة دراسة طلبات التصريح والتحقق من استيفاء الشروط والمتطلبات ذات الصلة، ورفع التوصيات إلى المجلس الأعلى للطاقة، الذي يتخذ القرار النهائي بشأن إصدار التصريح.

ويسهم تقديم معلومات دقيقة واستكمال الوثائق والمتطلبات اللازمة في دعم كفاءة دراسة الطلب وتعزيز جاهزية المنشآت للامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية المعتمدة.

The Dubai Supreme Council of Energy, in coordination with the Petroleum Products Trading Regulatory Committee, oversees petroleum products trading permit procedures through a clear framework that defines roles and responsibilities throughout the application review process.

وفي أنشطة تداول المنتجات البترولية، لا تقتصر السلامة على الممارسات اليومية، بل تقوم على منظومة متكاملة من التخطيط والوقاية والالتزام، بما يسهم في حماية الأفراد والمنشآت والعمليات والبيئة.

في إطار تعزيز الامتثال واستمرارية العمليات، يدعو المجلس الأعلى للطاقة في دبي المنشآت العاملة في تداول المنتجات البترولية إلى متابعة صلاحية تصاريحها وتقديم طلبات التجديد قبل موعد انتهائها بمدة لا تقل عن30 يوماً.

ويسهم التجديد المبكر في استكمال الإجراءات ضمن المدة المحددة، وتفادي أي انقطاع قد يؤثر في مزاولة النشاط، بما يدعم جاهزية المنشآت والتزامها المستمر بالمتطلبات التنظيمية المعتمدة.

As part of its efforts to strengthen compliance and support operational continuity, the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy encourages businesses engaged in petroleum products trading to monitor the validity of their permits and submit renewal applications at least 30 days before expiry.

Early renewal supports the timely completion of required procedures, helps prevent disruptions to authorised activities, and reinforces continued compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
