في إطار الاستعدادات لانطلاق العام الدراسي الجديد، وحرص هيئة دبي للطيران المدني على دعم أبناء موظفيها، وتنمية مهاراتهم، واستثمار أوقاتهم بما يسهم في إعدادهم للمستقبل، نظمت الهيئة برنامج «شباب دبي الأفعال» لأبناء موظفيها، في تجربة استثنائية جمعت بين التعلم والقيادة والمتعة.
وخلال البرنامج، خاض المشاركون مجموعة من التجارب التفاعلية التي عززت ثقتهم بأنفسهم، وطورت مهاراتهم القيادية، وشجعتهم على المبادرة والعمل بروح الفريق وصناعة أثر إيجابي، ليكونوا أكثر استعدادًا لصناعة مستقبلهم والإسهام في بناء مستقبل دبي.
As part of its preparations for the new academic year, and in line with the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority’s commitment to supporting employees’ children, developing their skills, and enabling them to make meaningful use of their time in preparation for the future, the Authority organized the Dubai.it-Youth Program for the children of its employees—an exceptional experience that brought together learning, leadership, and fun.
Throughout the program, participants took part in a range of interactive activities that strengthened their self-confidence, developed their leadership skills, and encouraged initiative, teamwork, and positive impact. The program empowered them to become better prepared to shape their futures and contribute to building the future of Dubai.
