جمعية الإمارات للرجبي أشهرت بقرار رقم ( 20 ) من وزير الثقافة والشباب وتنمية المجتمع فى فبراير عام 2009 – مجلس الادارة برئاسة محمد عبد الرحمن فلكناز وعضوية 6 اعضاء- حصلت على عضو مساند من الاتحاد الاسيوي فى يناير 2011 و عضو عامل فى يونيو 2011 - تم تحويل جمعية الامارات للرجبي الى اتحاد الامارات للرجبي فى اكتوبر 2012 – حصل اتحاد الإمارات للرجبي على العضوية الكاملة بالاتحاد الدول

ي فى ديسمبر 2012– اتحاد الامارات للرجبي هو الجهة الحكومية المسئوله عن تطوير ونمو لعبة الرجبي فى دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة . In February 2009 the board of the UAE Rugby Association (UAERA) was formed with the support of the UAE Minister of Culture and Youth and Community Development and the Chairman of the Government of Youth and Sports. On January 1st 2011 the UAERA became operational and was awarded with full membership of the Asian Rugby Football Union in June 2011. In October 2012 the General Authority of Youth and Sports Welfare upgraded the Union to Federation status and in late November was awarded with Full Membership of the IRB.
