عقد سعادة خليل إبراهيم الخوري، وكيل وزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين لعمليات سوق العمل والتوطين، لقاءً مع أصحاب مراكز الأعمال، بهدف تعزيز التواصل المباشر والاستماع إلى أبرز التحديات والمقترحات المتعلقة بقطاع مراكز الأعمال.

وأكد سعادته حرص الوزارة على بناء شراكة مستدامة مع مراكز الأعمال، والاستماع إلى ملاحظاتها ومقترحاتها بصورة مستمرة، بما يسهم في تطوير السياسات والإجراءات وتحقيق التوازن بين المتطلبات التنظيمية واحتياجات القطاع.

ويأتي هذا اللقاء في إطار نهج الوزارة القائم على التواصل الفعال مع الشركاء الاستراتيجيين وإشراكهم في تطوير منظومة الخدمات وتحسين بيئة الأعمال.

H.E. Khalil Ibrahim AI Khoori, Undersecretary of Labour Market & Emiratisation Operations, held a meeting with business centre owners aimed at strengthening direct communication and listening to key challenges and proposals related to the business centres sector.

H.E. affirmed the Ministry’s commitment to maintaining a sustainable partnership with business centres and continuously receiving their feedback and suggestions to support the development of policies and procedures, while balancing regulatory requirements with the needs of the sector.

This meeting comes as part of the Ministry’s approach to effective communication with strategic partners and their involvement in developing service systems and improving the business environment.

في إطار نهجها الإنساني الرائد في سوق العمل، أعلنت وزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين عن توفير أكثر من 12 ألف استراحة مكيفة ومجهزة بوسائل الراحة لعمال خدمات التوصيل في مختلف أنحاء الدولة خلال فترة تطبيق سياسة حماية العمال من الإجهاد الحراري، التي تحظر تأدية الأعمال تحت أشعة الشمس وفي الأماكن المكشوفة ابتداءً من 15 يونيو الجاري حتى 15 سبتمبر المقبل وذلك من الساعة 12:30 ظهراً وحتى الساعة الثالثة عصراً.

وتأتي هذه المبادرة للعام الرابع على التوالي بالتعاون مع شركاء الوزارة من الجهات الحكومية والقطاع الخاص، وتعكس المسؤولية المجتمعية لدى مختلف الجهات، وحرصها على تعزيز معايير الصحة والسلامة المهنية، وتوفير بيئة عمل آمنة تدعم صحة العمال وسلامتهم وجودة حياتهم.

As part of its pioneering humanitarian approach to the labour market, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) has announced the provision of more than 12,000 air-conditioned and fully equipped rest stations for delivery service workers across the UAE throughout the implementation of the Occupational Heat Stress Prevention Policy that prohibits working under direct sunlight and in open areas from 15 June to 15 September, between 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM.

Now in its fourth consecutive year, this initiative is implemented in collaboration with the Ministry’s partners from government entities and the private sector, and it reflects the strong sense of social responsibility among participating organisations and their commitment to enhancing occupational health and safety standards while providing a safe working environment that supports workers’ health, wellbeing, and quality of life.

في مداخلة إذاعية عبر راديو الأولى، استعرض محمد بستكي، مدير إدارة برامج الولاء والحوافز في وزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين، تفاصيل الدورة الرابعة من جائزة الإمارات للريادة في سوق العمل، مشيراً إلى استحداث فئات جديدة إلى جانب الفئات الرئيسية، بما يوسع نطاق التكريم ويعزز تقدير النماذج والممارسات المتميزة في سوق العمل.

In a radio interview on Al Oula Radio, Mohammed Bastaki, Director of the Loyalty and Incentives Programs at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, introduced the details of the fourth edition of the Emirates Labour Market Award, noting the introduction of new categories alongside the main award categories, broadening the scope of recognition and celebrating outstanding models and practices across the labour market.

He also emphasized that the award serves as a national platform for promoting a culture of excellence and recognizing talented individuals, leading companies, and pioneering initiatives that contribute to the development of the labour market while enhancing its competitiveness and sustainability, in line with the UAE’s vision for a future-ready economy.

ترأس معالي الدكتور عبد الرحمن العور، وزير الموارد البشرية والتوطين ووزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، وفد دولة الإمارات المشارك في أعمال الدورة الـ114 من مؤتمر العمل الدولي المنعقد في جنيف، والذي يجمع الحكومات وأصحاب العمل والعمال من الدول الأعضاء في منظمة العمل الدولية لبحث مستقبل أسواق العمل العالمية والتحديات المرتبطة بالتحولات الاقتصادية والتكنولوجية المتسارعة.

وعرض معاليه خلال المؤتمر منهجية دولة الإمارات في حوكمة الذكاء الاصطناعي والتحول الرقمي، لتعزيز الشفافية وخدمة الإنسان وتعزيز جودة حياته ورفاهيته، وبناء سوق عمل مستدام، وتعزيز تنافسية الاقتصاد الوطني والتنمية المستدامة.

وأشار معاليه في كلمته إلى أن دولة الإمارات تنظر إلى الذكاء الاصطناعي باعتباره أداة لتعزيز كفاءة الاقتصاد وحماية الإنسان في الوقت ذاته، من خلال بناء منظومة تشغيلية متكاملة قائمة على الحلول الذكية لدعم الخدمات الحكومية وتعزيز كفاءة سوق العمل بصورة استباقية اعتماداً على البيانات والتحليل الذكي.

His Excellency Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, headed the UAE delegation to the 114th session of the International Labour Conference held in Geneva, bringing together governments, employers, and workers from International Labour Organisation (ILO) member states, to discuss the future of global labour markets and the challenges associated with rapid economic and technological transformations.

During the conference, Al Awar showcased the UAE’s methodology for ensuring governance with regards to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital transformation, which ultimately aims to serve the public, enhance transparency, improve quality of life and wellbeing, build a sustainable labour market, boost the national economy’s competitiveness and drive sustainable development.

In his speech during the conference, Al Awar noted that the UAE views AI as a tool for enhancing economic efficiency while simultaneously protecting people. To that end, the Emirates is working to build an integrated operational ecosystem powered by smart solutions that support government services and proactively enhance labour market efficiency through data-driven decision-making and smart analytics.

لضمان سلامة العمالة وحمايتهم وتجنيبهم الإصابات والأضرار التي قد تنتج جراء العمل في درجات الحرارة المرتفعة خلال أشهر الصيف، نُعلن عن بدء تطبيق “سياسة حماية العمال من الإجهاد الحراري” للعام الـ 22 على التوالي، اعتباراً من 15 يونيو وحتى 15 سبتمبر 2026، حيث تُحظر تأدية الأعمال تحت أشعة الشمس وفي الأماكن المكشوفة من الساعة 12:30 ظهراً وحتى 03:00 مساءً؛ تأكيداً على ريادة بيئة العمل بالدولة وبما يضمن تعزيز إنتاجية سوق العمل وتنافسيته كوجهة مثالية عالمية للعيش والاستثمار.

To ensure workers’ health and safety and protecting them from injuries and risks associated with working in high temperatures during the summer months, we announce the return of the Occupational Heat Stress Prevention Policy for the 22nd consecutive year, effective from 15 June until 15 September 2026. During this period, work under direct sunlight and in open areas will be prohibited daily from 12:30 pm until 3:00 pm.

The policy supports productivity and further strengthens the UAE’s position as a leading global destination to live, work and invest.

As part of the Executive Leadership Program – Cohort 5, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation hosted Mr. Ismail Ali Abdulla, Executive Director of Strategic Clusters at Mubadala Investment Company, for an engaging session on strategic leadership, national investments, and their role in advancing the UAE’s economic development.

في إطار جهودها المستمرة لتعزيز التواصل المباشر وتطوير خدماتها، نظّم مجلس المتعاملين لقاءً مع أصحاب الفئة الماسية من متعاملي الوزارة، بحضور السيد حسين العليلي، مدير إدارة صوت المتعامل، والسيد عمر المنصوري، مدير إدارة برامج حماية العمل في وزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين.

يهدف اللقاء إلى الاستماع عن قرب لآراء وملاحظات المتعاملين، والعمل على الارتقاء بتجربتهم وتقديم خدمات تفوق تطلعاتهم.

Within its continuous efforts to strengthen direct communication and further enhance its services, the Customer Council organized a meeting with Platinum-tier customers of the Ministry. The session was attended by H.E. Hussein Al Alili, Director of the Customer Voice Department, and Mr. Omar Al Mansoori, Director of Wage Protection Programs at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.

The meeting aimed to closely listen to customers’ feedback and insights, and to further enhance their experience by delivering services that exceed expectations.

تحت رعاية سمو الشيخ منصور بن زايد آل نهيان، نائب رئيس الدولة، نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء، رئيس ديوان الرئاسة، أعلنت وزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين عن إطلاق الدورة الرابعة من “جائزة الإمارات للريادة في سوق العمل”، لتكريم نحو 100 فائزاً من الشركات والأفراد، والاحتفاء بالممارسات الرائدة التي تعزّز تنافسية سوق العمل وجودة حياة القوى العاملة، من خلال جوائز مالية ومزايا تحفيزية تشمل خصومات على رسوم خدمات الوزارة، وأولوية في إنجاز المعاملات للشركات الفائزة.

Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the UAE, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has announced the launch of the 4th edition of the Emirates Labour Market Award.

The award will honour around 100 winners from companies and individuals, celebrating leading practices that enhance labour market competitiveness and improve the quality of life of the workforce, as winners will receive cash prizes and incentive benefits, including discounts on Ministry service fees and priority processing of transactions for winning companies.

Applications can be submitted through the award’s website: riyada.mohre.gov.ae until 31 August 2026.
