ضمن توجهها نحو بناء قيادات أكثر جاهزية للمستقبل، تنفذ إقامة دبي، بالتعاون مع كلية محمد بن راشد للإدارة الحكومية، برنامج “القيادة بالقيم والهوية الوطنية”، الذي يركز على تطوير القدرات القيادية وترسيخ القيم والهوية الوطنية في الممارسات والقرارات المؤسسية.
